About You We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related role, preferably within the brewing, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use production planning software and tools.
Familiarity with inventory management, resource allocation, and lean manufacturing principles.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
A proactive approach to challenges and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
A degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain, operations management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
About the Role As a Production Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our brewing and production processes.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you'll be responsible for coordinating production schedules to meet customer demand, optimising efficiency, and minimising downtime.
This role is critical to maintaining the high standards Innis & Gunn is known for and supporting the continued growth of our brand in both domestic and international markets.
