Production & Pd Manager- Luxury Heritage Ww Brand

We have partnered with a beautiful luxury heritage WW brand who require an experienced Production Manager to join the business, knowledge of European and british manufacturing for womenswear products using varied fabrications is required, aswell as having a strong knowledge of luxury garment construction.
Within this role you will ensure that the vision of the Creative Director is executed through the collections, to the expected luxury finish, at the appropriate price whilst maintaining critical path.

Development knowledge is advantageous.

Key responsibilities;
Manage the critical path ensuring all factories, external stakeholders and product teams are aware of the process.
Produce two collections a year through PD and production.
Ensure all fit notes, tec packs and specs are accurate and submitted to the factory Ensure the current factory is selected to produce the each garment Advise on trend, styling, fabrication, fit and trims.
Trouble shoot any issues within production, or product styles Manage relationships with current factories and mills Partner with the design team on a daily basis Price negotiate the collection with the factories Ensure the team and CD are updated throughout the process Support across material sourcing and research Ensure lead times are being met The successful candidate will;
Have minimum of 4 years experience within production ideally within luxury WW brand Display a strong understanding of sustainable policies Have factory relationships across Europe Strong critical path and negotiate skills Strong team player, good communication skills Have minimum BA hons level degree Be immediately available or have a short notice period
