Production Operator

PE Global is recruiting an experienced Production Operator for our personal care client based in Flint.
The role is an initial 7-month contract.
The rate for this role is £16.76 PAYE p/h.
Responsibilities: Carries out basic operations within a production section - understanding the impact of that process on other areas.
Identifies quality issues within own areas and escalates where applicable.
Carries out defined work under instruction.
Resolves problems within own work area.
Is able to control hand tools with precision.
Maintains work area to the defined standards.
Have operational experience with FMCG.
4 on /6 off Shift pattern (1st week will be Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, then shift thereafter) Requirements: The job holder should be educated to NVQ level 2 or equivalent, preferably within a manufacturing or production discipline.
Ideally they will have a basic understanding of paper technology or general manufacturing processes.
They will be self-motivated and conscientious to detail in the work they carry out.
They will have good numeracy and verbal skills and have a good standard of communication.
