We have an exciting opportunity for candidates with production and FLT CB experience, including operating machinery and ensuring smooth plant operations.
Immediate start available for the right candidates, with excellent prospects for promotion and a competitive pay rate.Role and Key Responsibilities:• Manage manufacturing assets efficiently.• Work closely with maintenance teams, providing assistance as needed.• Inspect, carry out, and ensure adherence to plant routines.• Maintain cleanliness of plant mechanisms, the plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment in accordance with site instructions.Minimum Requirements:• Highly motivated with a drive and enthusiasm to work as part of the shift team.• Proven experience driving FLT Counterbalance (any license accepted as full assessment will be provided).• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Strong organizational abilities with the ability to work on your own initiative.• Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively problem-solve.• Due to the location, own transport is required.Pay Rate:• Morning Shift: Starting from £.
per hour.• Afternoon Shift: Starting from £.
per hour.• Overtime: Starting from £.
