Production Operative (Nights)

Job description We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our client in Stockton-on-Tees.
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing and production processes, ensuring the smooth operation and timely delivery of our products.
Location: Stockton-on-Tees Position: Production Operative (Nights) Type: Temporary to Permanent Position Shift: 6pm – 6am - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Salary: £12.39 per hour Job Duties: Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
Pack and label finished products for shipment or storage.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within manufacturing or production is not essential as all training is provided.
Knowledge and Skills: Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Working Conditions: As a Production Operative, you will primarily work in a manufacturing facility.
The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting objects, and working in noisy environments.
