We are working with a food company based in York who are looking for Food Production Operatives.
They offer a wide range of gourmet snacks from three renowned brands.
Job Overview They are seeking a number of people to join their team in a fast-paced food production environment.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that their production processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to all food safety standards.
This position requires a good understanding of food safety practices.
Duties Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure that all products meet the quality standards.
Follow all company policies regarding health and safety practices within the workplace.
Packing of products in a fast paced environment.
Requirements Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks undertaken.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to be flexible in your approach.
Shifts - Rotating every two weeks Monday to Friday 6am/2pm (first two weeks) - £12.00 per hour Monday to Friday 2pm/10pm (second two weeks) - £13.00 per hour If you are passionate about food production and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Production Operative.
