The Role & Responsibilities: Pouring measured amounts of resin-based liquids into mouldsCapping filled moulds right way to achieve proper curingRemoving caps from finished mouldsInspecting product quality to the highest standardTrimming completed products and drilling holesRepairing products where requiredUsing automated machinery to wrap and pack customer ready goodsJobs will be rotated throughout the shift to provide fair and various jobs skillsOther general warehouse duties involved.Possibly some heavy lifting, majority is done by machines, repetitive manual handingThe ideal Production Operative will be reliable and have a good attitude to work.
Previous experience as a Production Operative is ideal, however full training is provided, and you will have to pass an on-site induction.
