Production Operative

Pertemps Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Operator to join our customers production team in Louth.
This is a full-time role working over the weekend, responsible for producing high-quality blended materials according to specific guidelines.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, operate equipment safely, and maintain excellent standards of housekeeping.
What will my duties be?
Set up and run machinery safely to meet quality and production targets.
Collect, load, and process raw materials as instructed, and remove finished products in a safe and efficient manner.
Inspect materials, take samples for lab testing, and report any issues to the Team Leader.
Perform basic maintenance checks on blenders, fork trucks, and other equipment, and report any concerns.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and update stock control data.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
What skills and experience do I need?
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred).
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Forklift licence (Counterbalance) is essential.
What hours will I be working?
Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 6AM to 6PM What will I be paid?
This position pays £11.44 per hour.
