Production Operative

WHAT YOU DO Operating and maintaining the plants machinery Monitoring stock levels and liasing with the production supervision team to highlight any stock level concerns Maintaining a flexible approach to work to meet team-based plant requirements Observing and maintaining safety levels with particular attention to machinery and electrical equipment Undertaking training as required by the company Maintaining a strict level of hygiene in and around the plant machinery Liasing and coordinating with all departments to ensure no machinery breakdowns WHO YOU ARE At least 1-year experience within a similar role Experience in a Bottling line machinery would be preferred Previous experience of operating filler and / or labelling equipment is desirable.
Previous shift work experience A UK food standard qualification and or certification is desirable but not essential Good verbal and written communication as well as Problem-solving and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively OUR OFFER 25 days annual leave plus 8 days UK bank holidays per year Interesting tasks in a continually growing company Contributory pension scheme Occupational date: Immediate start Contract type: Permanent Working time: 39 hours per week // 3-shift pattern, 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 Basic hourly rate: £13,50 + 18% Shift Premium WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
