Production Operative

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with a well known client based in Corsham.
We are recruiting for a Production Operator to join their close-knit team on a temp contract at least until Christmas Hours are Monday to Friday 0800-1600 Pay: £11.50 per hour The Role The Production Operator works as part of Production in manufacturing products to fulfil customer orders and maintain stock levels.
Responsibilities Ensure all parts produced meet the quality standards required by our customers.
Follow the procedures set out in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each job.
Operate machinery to a safe standard.
Carry out relevant quality inspections on your own work.
Fill out paperwork as required to ISO Standard.
Keep a tally of products produced.
Work towards agreed production targets.
Pack goods for dispatch or storage.
Label packages for dispatch.
Ensure the correct PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) is used at all times.
Report any faults found with any machinery.
Report low stock of consumable items.
Ensure the workplace is kept in a clean and orderly manner.
Any other duties as required.
