Job Title: Production Operator (mutiple opportunities) Location: Congleton, UK Remuneration: £13.96 - £14.31 per hour Shift: Rotating Weekly shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
Contract Details: Temporary, 6-month contract Responsibilities: Setting up and controlling production programmes.
Monitoring process results and taking necessary actions in case of deviations.
Performing quality checks as per predefined criteria.
Providing input on production results.
Engaging maintenance staff for repairs and minimising downtime.
Offering guidance to manufacturing staff regarding line issues.

Who we are seeking: Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar environment.
Familiarity with working on small parts or in assembly.
Willingness to be trained and follow set process instructions.
A team player who actively supports others' goals.
Ability to work to time or production targets.
Availability for overtime when required (paid at an increased rate).
Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repeatable processes.
- Note: The role involves long periods of standing.
