Production Operative

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Production Operative to work for a busy manufacturing company based in Chesterfield.  This is a temporary to permanent position.
You will be working in a dusty production environment - PPE will be provided.  About the role: £11.44 per hour with a shift allowance for night shifts.
3 shifts rotating – 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am.
Overtime available on Saturdays and Sundays at time and a half and double time.
Temporary to permanent position following successful probation period.
The duties will include:  Some manual handling required, lifting up to 15kg's. Basic machine operation, loading feeder, basic computer input.
Some aspects of the role can be repetitive.
Adhering to health and safety procedures About you:  Experience in similar role advantageous, not essential.
Good attention to detail.
Full face mask will be required to be worn while working on shop floor.
