You will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality and meeting production targets.Full training will be provided however experience operating semi-automated production lines in food or pharmaceutical environments would be advantageous.Work Pattern: We operate to a rotating shift pattern as follows:06:45-14:45 (Monday to Thursday) and 06:45-13:45 (Friday), followed by 14:30-22:30 (Monday to Thursday) and 13:30-20:30 (Friday).Saturday morning shift overtime available occasionally.Key Responsibilities: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.To check that all products are produced within the defined limits of quality, quantity and efficiency.To ensure that all line documentation and sampling systems are being completed correctly.To be responsible for ensuring that good manufacturing practices are observed at all times.To be responsible for the timely completion of product changeovers and line component clean down operations.To ensure, to the best of your ability, that production lines operated start and finish at the correct times.To monitor and reduce wastage, rejects, stock discrepancies, and to be responsible for the reconciliation yields.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimise production processes.
Ideal Candidate: Highly literate.
Good level of conversational and written EnglishHighly numerateAbility to operate machinery and use hand tools.Experience completing traceability paperworkPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment (pharmaceutical/food manufacture etc.
preferred)Experience of GMP/FMCG environment (preferred)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsOrganised and methodicalGood communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work to deadlinesWillingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
