Production Operative

Production Operative, Hertfordshire, Salary: £25k £28k + bonus.
My client is an established and very successful manufacturing company.
They produce high precision components for a variety of industries including the Aerospace sector.
They are actively seeking a dedicated individual to join their Production Team as a Production Operative.
You will play a vital role within the production team focused on developing a new product range that meets the stringent requirements.
The position requires an individual who has a desire to learn and develop with the proposition as it grows.
A high level of attention to detail will be critical for the role.
Reporting to: Production Manager Key Responsibilities: Create product according to prescribed operating procedures.
Produce product according to on-time delivery schedule.
Assist in R&D activities to define operating procedures.
Perform quality inspections on product to ensure it has been produced to a high standard.
Perform material tests to specification.
Requirements: Willingness to learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in manufacturing environments preferred but not required.
