Pay rates and typical working hours: You will be paid£11.79 per hour Typical working hours as a full time Production Operative: You will be working a 12 hour shift from 06:00am until 18:00pm What do we expect from you as a Production Operative: Have a Basic Food Safety Knowledge or Food Safety Level 2 (Cert) Be able to clearly communicate Good standard of written and spoken English, to be able to communicate with managers and colleagues, follow direction/requests and be able to read any written instructions clearly Respect at work: Respect your colleagues and managers (treat others how you wish to be treated) and adhere to the site code of conduct Respect company property Adhere to Food Safety rules, policies, and procedure Adhere to Health and Safety rules, policies, and procedures on site Report any near misses or hazards to your manager Protect yourself and protect otherssee it, say it, report it!
