As part of our commitment to renewable energy, we are expanding our operations in Portadown and seeking a Production Operative to join our growing factory team.
If you're passionate about renewable energy and want to make a positive impact on the world, this is the role for you!As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process of our innovative heat pumps.
You will be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge technology that helps homes and businesses reduce their carbon footprint while keeping them warm and cosy.
With a strong attention to detail and working within a wider team, you will ensure that our heat pumps are produced to the highest quality standards.What you'll do Assemble and manufacture heat pumps according to established procedures and guidelinesCarry out various production tasks, including brazing, wiring and mechanical assemblyPerform quality checks to ensure that all units meet our stringent quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to provide feedback on product improvements and optimisationMaintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelinesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivityContribute to a positive team environment by actively engaging in team meetings and sharing ideasWhat you'll need Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environmentKnowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processesExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyA team player mindset with excellent communication skillsFlexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environmentWhy else you'll love it hereWondering what the salary for this role is?
