Production Manager

Recra is excited to partner with an esteemed manufacturing company in search of a dynamic Production Manager to join their team in Coventry.
In this pivotal role, you will: - Take full charge of the production department, providing effective leadership to a dedicated team.
- Oversee the planning and assembly departments, ensuring seamless operations.
- Manage procurement processes, maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Control stock levels and budgets to optimise resource allocation.
- Supervise Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning responsibilities to ensure excellence in production.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes.
- Consider profit and loss impacts while driving innovative improvements.
Qualifications we seek: - A strong background in production management is highly desirable.
- Experience in workshop or fabrication environments is preferred.
- A relevant degree in Engineering or Manufacturing is required.
