Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in armed forces, aviation, or transportation-related sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional line management skills and high-level technical knowledge to effectively address and resolve production issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.

Qualifications: Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the rolling stock, aviation, or transportation sectors.

High-level technical knowledge relevant to production processes and equipment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
A background in the armed forces or relevant technical training is highly regarded.
