Production Manager

Hobson Prior is working with a global leader in healthcare to recruit for a Head of Production to manage their Production department.
This position will be required to ensure compliance with quality systems, regulations and corporate requirements.

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee production, ensuring adherence to quality assurance systems and regulations.
Represent Production in site management meetings and contribute to strategic projects.
Develop and mentor production staff to drive high performance.
Manage production, storage, and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with procedures.
Supervise outsourced production and report incidents to relevant departments.
Maintain production facilities and conduct investigations for deviations.
Key Skills and Requirements: Proven working experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within pharmaceutical production.
Strong background in radiochemistry or a related scientific field.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service.
Familiarity with radiochemical processes, PET radiopharmaceuticals, and EA licensing.
Experience drafting SOPs and understanding industry dynamics.
