Production Manager

Production Manager Location : Fulham Product Area: Men's/women's Tailoring Salary to £65k depending on experience + Bens Due to a growth in business and some restructure we have a clothing manufacturing client who produce nearly 500,000 garments yearly who looking for a well versed and focussed Production Manager.
Managing a good size team of over 6 people , the Production Manager will be involved in Factory liaison, building relationships, managing the team's performance and developing them.

You will have access to the senior management team so things will get done quickly (it's what's best for this business always)
MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED A clothing production manager who has a very very good understanding of the fashion supply world (ideally tailoring) , been recently working in the industry , and has been managing good size teams (over 5) for at least 3 or 4 years
Management ability to do assessments, reviews and identify training when needed
Knowledge of Factory relationship building, price negotiations, happy to travel Europe wide
Passionate, focussed, somebody who gets deadlines and knows it's about getting the job done
First class communication skills (written and verbal)
IT Literate
