Production Manager

Energis is recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading food production company based in Dungannon.
The successful Production Manager will have a key focus on people management, Health & Safety and maintaining exceptional product quality.
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards.
Oversee production schedules and resource allocation to meet targets and deadlines.
Identify and implement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimise costs.
Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations Implement and monitor best practices in food safety, hygiene, and quality control in line with company policies and industry regulations.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are well-versed in HSE and quality standards.
Criteria: Proven experience in a production management role within the food production industry.
Working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations with a track record of maintaining high safety standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate production teams, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with a focus on driving team performance Expertise in managing high-quality standards Salaryis in the region of £35-50k depending upon experience.
