Key Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within food manufacturing or a similar fast-paced production environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.

In-depth understanding of production processes, health and safety standards, and quality control.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
