Production Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading manufacturing company in Derbyshire to recruit an experienced and dynamic Production Manager.
This pivotal role reports directly to the Operations Director and will oversee a team of approximately 60 employees.
Our client is looking for someone who is a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to drive change and improvement in production environments.
