Production Manager

Due to an outstanding client relationship, Sonatec are once again engaged as the search partner to a world-leading FMCG company.
They now seek to recruit a Production Manager for what is an outstanding opportunity located near Belfast, Northern Ireland!
You will work as part of the Senior Management Team with responsibility for Manufacturing activities, supporting a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports.
You will create a safe collaborative working environment, continuously improving the manufacturing facility, whilst ensuring the quality of all manufactured products.
Required experience: · Degree qualified (Engineering or Industrial) · Working history in complex, highspeed automation (ideally FMCG or Packaging) · Proven experience across day-to-day operations, safety, quality, and other production activities · A truly collaborative leader, with proven management experience of shift teams · Further information available upon request!
