Production Line Operative

The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our established business partner based in New Inn, Pontypool.
We are seeking candidates to join a friendly team working in a modern factory environment.
The location is easily accessible via public transport, and there is ample parking available on site.
No prior experience is required as full training and induction will be provided.
As a food production operative, you will be responsible for various tasks within the packing and production environment.
Your duties may include making and stacking boxes, shaping, flavoring, and packaging food products.
Full training will be provided to ensure you carry out your tasks effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Making and Stacking Boxes: Prepare boxes for packaging and stack them efficiently.
Shaping, Flavouring, and Packaging: Participate in the shaping, flavouring, and packaging process of food products.
General Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area.
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
Hours & Pay: Day shifts available Monday to Thursday 06:00 AM to 18:00 PM £12.21 per hour Benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Ltd include: 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday).
