We currently recruiting for a Production Line Leader to support our distribution contract at our site in Kettering.
This role will support the operation covering the Day shift.
Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum.

Ensuring the final product meets client specifications Assigning workers production line tasks Optimising production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner Training and supervising new production line workers Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations Carrying out daily tasks/assignments directed by a Co-pack Supervisor according to the procedures.
What you need to succeed at XPO Previous Line Leader experience High level of communication PC literate Ability to work on own initiative Willing to be reach truck lift trained
