What You'll Do: As a Production Engineer, you will be Responsible for designing products and developing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to bring innovative products to market and continuously improve manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities: Design and develop machine tooling, products, and systems using CAD software.
Create detailed engineering drawings and documentation.
Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews.
Build and test prototypes; transition to full-scale production.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
Collaborate with quality control to implement assurance protocols.
Lead projects to improve processes and technologies.
Analyze production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
Train and develop production staff on new technologies.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferential, or relevant role experience combined with HND Qualification would be considered.
Relevant experience in a manufacturing and/or design engineering role.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
