In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the workflows ofonline scientificjournals to agreed deadlines!This role can be in our Kings Cross London offices on a hybrid working model.Role Responsibilities:Quality check editorial supplied content prior to delivery to vendorCoordinate the workflow of accepted content through to agreed publication deadlines using production tracking and content management systems as appropriateQuality check content prior to publication, ensuring content is approved by stakeholdersIdentify quality issues, take appropriate action and feedback recurring errors to the relevant teams to support improvement in the quality of content and service provided by vendorsCoordinate publication schedules for press/priority contentMaintain journal style and provide advice/information to colleagues and vendors on house styleSuggest workflow improvementsProcessing and publication of post-publication corrections, alongside reporting and advice on workflowsLead and administrate production meetings with editorial teams (if applicable)Support the launch of new titles.Be an escalation point for newly appointed Production EditorsProvide on the job training and support for newly appointed Production Editors and provide feedback and support for the creation of training documentsRelated admin duties (file curation, meeting administration, archiving, etc.
