Lead and inspire the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain coordination.
Monitor and optimise production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and environmental policies.

The Ideal Production Director Candidate: Have a proven track record working as a Production or Operations Director within the food industry.
