Production Controller

We are currently seeking Controllers to join our friendly Production team in Dungannon, Pilgrim's Europe.The purpose of the role is to manage and control production and achieve the line processing and packing plans.
The Controller will need to ensure the quality of all production meets customer specifications. Working Hours: rotating shift 6am to 6pmKey Responsibilities:to manage and control production resources to achieve the line/area processing/packing plans to the correct costs.to work in a manner that promotes the health and safety of oneself and othersto ensure Quality, Hygiene and production standards are maintained in the production environment.to control and have effective organisation of the labour allocated to your lineto ensure operatives are trained to line requirementsto implement effectively the site Health and Safety Policy as the Supervisor and to influence your staffYou Will Need to:have a good level of the English language.have good organisational skillshave a minimum of 12 months experience in the food manufacturing industry.be computer literatehave basic food hygiene knowledgehave leadership qualitiesBenefits:Competitive Pay RatesProgression OpportunitiesStaff DiscountsStaff Days OutFree Car ParkPension Scheme and much more!Passionate about food and eager to make an impact?
