Systems Trainer (Remote) – £40,000 per annum + Bonus DCS Technology are proud to partner with one of Europe's most innovative and rapidly growing HealthTech start-ups!
We're on the hunt for a talented Systems Trainer to become the go-to expert on their in-house systems, ensuring smooth and successful adoption across the business.

What You'll Be Doing As a Systems Trainer, you'll play a critical role in delivering impactful training sessions, both in-person and remotely, as part of a system transformation initiative.
You'll be the subject matter expert, making complex concepts accessible and engaging, while fostering confidence and enthusiasm in your trainees.

What You'll Bring You'll have a strong background in delivering training through various formats, such as classroom sessions, one-on-one coaching, and virtual workshops.
Your ability to translate technical processes into simple, actionable steps will ensure team members at all levels feel confident using the new systems.

Mobile and Flexible : A full UK driving license and willingness to travel when required.
