What will you be doing as a Product Trainer? Developing and delivering comprehensive training to internal and external customers across the UK, via face-to-face and online live sessions. Working with the marketing team to create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, video tutorials, blogs, and podcasts. Providing training on company product ranges and resources available to customers. Facilitating workshops and hands-on training sessions. Collaborating with the company's supply chain to stay updated on new features and products. Assessing training needs and customizing programs to meet specific requirements. Gathering and analyzing feedback from training sessions to improve content and delivery. Identifying and educating on direct equivalents to competitor products. Understanding certifications and test standards for product proficiency current with product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in products, training, and development. Monitoring and reporting on training program effectiveness. Developing and maintaining a library of training resources. Ensuring training materials are accessible and user-friendly. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees with product training. Managing training schedules. Creating assessments and quizzes to evaluate training effectiveness. What skills and experience will you need as a Product Trainer? Previous experience in a similar Product Training role or possibly someone with a background in a Field Sales or Account Manager role who is looking to change direction. Experience of working in chemicals or cleaning products would be beneficial but not essential. Comfortable using Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools would be beneficial. Flexible approach with the ability to travel and stay overnight where required.
