About the Role: Our client a leading provider of construction technology solutions is looking for a pionate and detailoriented Product Trainer to join their team at their headquarters in London Mayfair.
This role is integral to supporting the companys continued expansion across the UK and European markets.
As a Product Trainer you will play a key role in educating customers on leveraging our clients SaaS products effectively.
Youll develop and deliver customized training sessions maintain and update training materials and create engaging learning content for new and existing customers.
This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment can translate complex technical information into clear and engaging training and is dedicated to helping customers maximize the value of the software.
Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients software products and translate complex features into userfriendly content.
Design and deliver training sessions (virtual and inperson) to customers at all levels using a range of odologies including elearning clroom and blended learning solutions.
Create and maintain training materials such as guides video tutorials and interactive eLearning modules to support customer onboarding and ongoing learning.
Provide ongoing support to users through troubleing and problem resolution via phone email and webinars.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing Regulatory) to create accurate uptodate training content that reflects product updates and customer needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs making recommendations for improvement.
Support the Training Manager in ensuring training materials are continuously updated and aligned with product enhancements.
Stay informed about industry trends and new developments in training ods and technologies.

Desired Ss & Experience Bachelors degree in Education Business Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
12 years of experience in a Customer Success Training or Service Delivery role preferably in SaaS or cloudbased solutions.
Strong experience in creating training doentation and procedural materials for diverse audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Proven track record of quickly learning and mastering complex software applications.
Strong instructional design ss with the ability to deliver training in both group and oneonone settings.
Good creative and design capabilities with attention to detail and a knack for simplifying complex topics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced evolving environment.
Experience using eLearning platforms and tools is a plus.
Nice to Have Familiarity with construction industry software or project management platforms.
Experience with Asite or similar SaaS solutions.
Previous experience conducting software training sessions for construction technology or similar sectors.
