About the Role As a Graduate Food Technologist, you will be working on premium projects handed over by our concept team, which includes running factory trials for the most prestigious British food brands with trialling ingredients, reviewing branding and tasting products on shelf life.
Key Responsibilities You will be the guardian of food values onsite and continually monitor our product quality Launch great food to agreed brand values Working on the generation of factory recipes Create collaborative relationships with Customer Developers and Technologists About You If you're fanatical about food, thrive under pressure and have the can-do spirit that's created our success.
This is a fantastic position where we are recruiting or succession planning and providing you with exposure to all sorts of food areas and groups.
Key Skills Ideally you will be degree qualified in one of the following fields Food Science, Food Technology, Food and Human Nutrition, or Dietetics You will have an understanding of food science or food development or food trends The role is based at our Meal Solutions site in Carlisle and the typical working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
