About the role "This role is eligible for internal candidates only".We are looking for two staff members for a 12 month secondment to play a pivotal part in the delivery of the CRM (Dynamics) replacement for SID (askUCL).
These fixed-term, full-time posts in the SEST Product Team have been created to support the implementation and roll-out of UCL's CRM Programme of work.
The post-holders will act as the subject matter experts, representing the voice of the business.
They will capture requirements, provide feedback to support the product development through business testing, create user training materials and deliver staff user training sessions.
Key to the success of these posts will be the ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and to communicate clearly and effectively.
Secondments are welcome.
About you The successful candidates will have substantial knowledge of the SITS student information system and SID student enquiry and case management system.
They will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, including time management with the ability to prioritise, work flexibly and to strict deadlines, manage own variable workload, and work on their own initiative.
