Senior Strategist - Digital Products, Services & Experiences Location: London (hybrid, 3 days a week in central London office)
Salary range: £55,000 - £70,000

About the Role You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative digital products, services, and experiences.
Responsibilities include:
Crafting strategies and conducting research.
Facilitating workshops and developing propositions.
Designing customer journeys and managing products.
Collaborating with design and tech teams to bring ideas to life plus managing & cultivating client relationships.
About Your Background A strategist with expertise in digital product and/or service design.
Skilled in using frameworks from Agile and CX to create, test, and refine user-centric propositions.
Experience working closely with digital design and technical teams.
