At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living!In order to achieve this, we are looking for a Product Specialist- Knee in our Sports Medicine Business unit to support a region to the North of London.What will you be doing?We're looking for someone who can partner with our Account Managers and marketing teams to develop and build meaningful and positive relationships with our Sports Medicine customers - both the current, and future key opinion leaders.
There will be the requirements to sell at times, and to offer expertise across our portfolio of Knee products to healthcare professionals in the region.
Those that you engage with day in and day out, will rely on you to offer advice, guidance and product knowledge.The role partners closely with our marketing teams, medical educations teams and sales leadership to drive revenue and relationships across the category.What does success look like?
Success in the role will be determined by revenue of our knee portfolio.
A successful Knee Specialist will have strong business interactions with our customers.
Much of this will happen in hospital theatre environment in our priority accounts, and will assist with the ongoing support of our existing Smith+Nephew customers and help implement business in new accounts.Successful candidates would need the following:Significant experience selling Knee products in a theatre sales environmentConsistent record of success in delivering for customers and patients70% domestic travel across the territoryYou.
