This is not just any other sales role, this is a highly customer focused position where you will use your exceptional face to face customer care skills to be informative and consultative with your each and every customer.
Your responsibilities will include:Customer Service/Sales:Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, showcasing the brands and products on offerGuide and support customers to make informed purchasing decisions based on their needsPrepare accurate quotes and supply to customers within a 2-day service standardAddress customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionallyBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyaltyDevelop a sound knowledge of all the brands and products availableStay updated on the latest trends and features in kitchen and appliance productsPrepare and present monthly sales reports to the Managing Director, supporting discussions around sales, promotions, and areas for improvementAttend shows and events on behalf of the organisation, engaging with potential customers and creating leads for follow-upLiaise with suppliers and partners to manage orders, delivery timescales, pricing, and other product-related areasRequirements:Prior home retail sales experienceProven experience in a face to face sales and/or customer services roleAbility to quickly learn and become proficient in the use of a CRM systemExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approachProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamProblem-solving skills and the ability to address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionallyOrganisational skills and the ability to create customer quotes with speed and accuracyConfident communicator with a friendly and professional demeanourJoin our client's team as a Product Sales Specialist and contribute to their mission of providing exceptional customer service while driving sales.
