Role Overview: I am seeking a motivated and passionate Product Owner with experience in agile software development.
You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, creating user stories, facilitating agile meetings, and ensuring the timely delivery of product features and improvements.
Collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders is key to aligning the product vision with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
Develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team.
Balance immediate delivery needs with long-term strategic objectives.
Communicate progress and adjust priorities as necessary.
Lead and participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues before release.
Continuously improve product development processes for better efficiency and communication.
Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with SaaS products or the logistics industry is a plus.
