The Role:
The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring high-quality supplementary product outputs including, but not limited to, product and customer documentation, traceability matrix, and release reporting/metrics What you'll do?
The Product Owner should be able to create high quality, detailed Epics from customer requirements, use cases, and/or other documentation e.g.
Functional Specification to populate the Product Backlog.
The Product Owner(s) should also be able to manage the Epics in JIRA/ALM through the different stages of the development lifecycle through elaboration, refinement, development, acceptance, and test.
Owning and prioritizing the development Backlog.
Elaborating the Epics Leading story elaboration with Business Analysts and Solution Architects Communicating with development teams to share product/project vision and priorities Define release scope Implementing and monitoring delivery timelines across departments Regularly communicating progress on projects and deliverables to the stakeholders Taking ownership and accountability for multiple products or their localization Implementing key Agile/SCRUM frameworks and methodologies.
Requirements:
A CSPO certified professional with minimum hands-on experience of 3 years as a PO in Digital payments using ISO messaging & Swift standards would be preferred.
Hands-on experience in payment products pertaining to Instant Payments, RTP (Real-time payments), B2B, P2P, A2A & Cross border payments.
Experience of working on central bank platforms/services and clearing houses.
