This is a new position for a highly experienced Product Owner with an innovative Medical Technology company who develop AI Solutions specifically for medical imaging.
The company has continued to scale at a phenomenal and due to the increased demand for their product, need an experienced Product Owner to help shape their projects from high-level ideas into clear, deliverable outcomes.
The person in this role will be asked to: Translate broad business objectives into a detailed project scope and vision, outlining the key requirements and your approach to delivering them.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify, understand, and prioritise both functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure that our solution designs are well-documented and meet all our engineering, quality, and regulatory standards.
Partner with either our in-house team or external developers to plan and execute sprints that provide incremental value.
Regularly gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback while keeping an eye on scope and budget.
Take full responsibility for the project's success throughout its entire lifecycle.
Keep key stakeholders informed about progress and manage risks and issues effectively.
Oversee a smooth transition from the development phase to regular operations.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations by following our product lifecycle processes and updating documentation as needed.
Adhere to information security requirements as outlined in our Information Security manual.
And should have: Experience in a regulated Medical Device environment, managing or developing solutions.
Proven experience as a Product Owner Solid background in software development, particularly using frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Technically savvy with the ability to understand and apply complex concepts.
