ServiceNow Product Owner – requires active DV clearance
Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic ServiceNow Product Owner to join their team and take full ownership of the ServiceNow platform within the organisation.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and subject matter experts to drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and implementation of ServiceNow features, enhancements, and integrations.

Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure the product aligns with business objectives and supports the organisation's digital transformation initiatives.
Review and approve user stories, design specifications, and other deliverables to ensure the product meets business needs and quality standards.
Use analytics tools to measure product performance and identify key metrics to support decision-making.
Provide stakeholders with regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) and product performance.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Product Owner, ServiceNow Business Analyst, or similar role, with extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HR, etc.
).
Strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, including configuration, development, and integrations.
