When they are placed, you could receive £1,500 for referring them!Wagestream – access your wage before payday for when life happens.Retail discounts – Receive up to 30% off at Superdrug, exclusive discounts with three mobile along with many more…Job DescriptionThis role is a 12 Month FTCYour role as Product OwnerResponsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of the mobile appOwn and manage the product backlog, including requirements, definition and refinement of user stories, sprint planning, and other agile ceremoniesTranslate high-level product roadmap into achievable product backlog items.Design and develop journeys and features that increase revenue and improve customer experienceEnsure QA of the app and its testing and release process is robustTracking and measurement of product and financial KPIsEnsuring app stores experience reflects the product design and features Collaborate with the SMEs and business owners as a key influencer of roadmap decisionsUse data to inform the decision-making process and work in a cross functional in-house teamTo work closely with external partners to ensure the best possible solutions for digital productsHelp educate and embed product methodology within the businessTo be the voice of the customer for the digital product within the businessProvide insight for defining and planning the overall Product Roadmap based on specialised knowledgeWhat you'll bring… Experience working within an agile, scrum environment in digital product developmentExperience writing detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, etc.Experience working with and developing consumer-facing digital technologies, such as websites and/or apps, ideally in a retail, hospitality, leisure, travel, or equivalent environment.Strong stakeholder engagement, able to develop trusted working relationships across business boundaries.Strong leadership and influencing skills.To be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively to the wider business.An intellectual approach and ability to quickly grasp concepts and solve complex problems.Personable and able to bring other people on the journey.Has a curious and inquisitive mindset by nature – always questioning the 'why' as well as the 'what' and 'how' to constantly challenge the status quo.Obsessed with customer experience and exceptional execution.A genuine desire to work within the pub and restaurant sector.A self-starter with the desire to constantly learn, grow.Willing to adapt to the changes and needs of the business and project context.Can make decisions with confidence, and act based on decisions.Shares Greene Kings values and wants to be part of them.Inspires others to be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.Creates a positive environment that supports others to be their best.Strong communications and influencing skills, able to analyse and communicate technical concepts to create practical solutions and influence decisions.Experience with managing external/3rd party suppliers.Strong customer focus, able to champion the needs of our customers using the app#LI-AP1
