Product Operations Manager (Legal)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Operations Manager (Legal) to join our team on a contract basis.
This role focuses on managing the operational aspects of legal product development, delivery, and lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with legal, product, and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance the development and deployment of legal products and services.
This position requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of legal operations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment, with a focus on APAC working hours.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, IT, product development) to manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and launches.
Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely delivery of legal products and services.
Drive process improvements to enhance product delivery and operational efficiency.
Act as the liaison between legal and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Oversee the integration of legal technology solutions to improve product delivery.
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in product operations.
Prepare reports and provide insights to stakeholders on product performance and operational efficiencies.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in legal operations, product management, or a similar role, preferably in a legal or compliance environment.
Strong understanding of legal technology solutions and product lifecycles.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and optimize operational processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Familiarity with UK/EMEA legal and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, particularly APAC working hours.
