Product Marketing Manager

At Pets Choice, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to manage our Toys and Accessories portfolio!
This role is Hybrid, working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week.
Role responsibilities Manage the Toys and Accessories product portfolio for Pets Choice and contribute to the NPD/EPD pipeline.
Own your innovation projects from ideation through to launch covering packaging and product workstreams Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure plans and project prioritisation are agreed and executed Support the stage gate process, ensuring compliance across the company for each project.
Develop compelling and unique product propositions which have a clearly defined target segment and need.
Manage consumer/shopper validation insights.
Including creating concept propositions and research briefs for NPD ideas.
Sign off for first production launches Create and present Innovation/NPD presentations, presell and retailer pitches Organise samples.
Continuously monitor and act on trends and keep a close eye on competitive activity in the marketplace, suggest new ways of working and regularly review working practices to deliver efficiency and speed to market.
Key attributes and skills: Experience of Product Management working within a FMCG business Degree in Marketing or similar.
