Familiarity with improving CRM systems and automating processes. About the role As the Product Manager (Schemes) , you will:
Be curious about our customers and find ways to continually improve our certification portfolio Manage a portfolio of Scheme certification products Develop and execute strategies that evolve our proposition and highlight the value of certification. Lead initiatives to grow the pipeline of future customers and expand into emerging product categories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise existing propositions and launch new ones. Partner with Standards and Assessments teams to ensure compliance and quality. Analyse market trends and customer insights to shape commercial strategies that drive growth. What you'll be doing Strategic Product Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Scheme products, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with market needs. Develop strategies to enhance NICEIC's market share and customer retention. Collaboration and Innovation: Work with internal teams to amplify Scheme benefits and drive demand. Innovate within core electrical and wider building services sectors to expand our reach. Performance and Reporting: Deliver insightful reports on financial and operational performance, providing visibility to leadership teams.
