Job Title: Project Manager – Product Delivery (Mimesis) Location: We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Circa £60,000 + depending on skills and experience
Develop, tailor, and manage project management processes to ensure effective product delivery
Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders across BAE Systems, supporting engagement with broader Simulation and Synthetics initiatives, including Project OdySSEy
Work closely with the Project Engineering Manager, System Design Authority, and Work Package Managers to ensure seamless project management
Track and manage all financial aspects of projects, including CSRs, invoicing, monitoring spend against forecasts, and ETCs
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and actively contribute to commercial discussions and decisions
Project Management qualification or equivalent experience
Project Delivery experience at a similar scale

This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new initiative for BAE Systems, launched earlier this year, with significant potential for growth and development.
The Project Manager will collaborate with the Product Delivery Lead to define product governance and delivery processes, ensuring successful product delivery.
This role will also support the Product Delivery Lead in engaging with broader BAE Simulation and Synthetics teams, including initiatives such as Project OdySSEy.
