The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the re-platform project and ongoing optimisation.
As the Product Owner, you will be the bridge between internal stakeholders, development teams, and customers, ensuring that the platform delivers value, scalability, and an exceptional user experience.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for the development team.
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team on e-commerce optimisation and integrations.
Product Development & Delivery
Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the platform's success and user satisfaction.
Make data-driven decisions to optimise the product, enhance features, and solve user pain points.
Facilitate handover of any development that requires internal maintenance to end users, ensuring clear documentation is captured to futureproof usage and troubleshooting.
User Experience & Feedback
Monitor user engagement and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Conduct user testing to validate features and gather insights.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
~ Ability to understand complex technical concepts and work closely with development teams.
~ Proven ability to lead cross-functionally to drive product development from concept to launch.
~ Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, or similar.
