or looking to accelerate your career?We're looking for a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join our Mechanical Power Transmission team based in Wolverhampton.As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the Mechanical Power Transmission Category within the UKII region, working under the Category Manager.

We've disrupted and we have grown, but we're not finished yet.The Role The Product Manager plays a key role in managing the development and optimisation of our Mechanical Power Transmission offering.
Our Product Managers focus on product innovation, ensuring efficiency, reliability and performance of our tool and equipment products while creating a solution-based sales proposition for our sales teamBusiness ManagementIdeate, Drive and support the UK Commercial strategy in their business area (including, but not restrict to defining the category proposition, setting and executing promotion strategy)Own the P&L and driving actions to manage and improve itCategory Proposition:Define core suppliers and brandsDefine core assortmentDefine sell-out price strategyGather and provide market intelligenceEstablish relationship with suppliersDrive product innovation within existing offeringAnalyse data and transform into potential opportunities.Category Promotion:Ideate and implement sales initiatives (e.g., campaigns, training, sales enablers, etc)Drive category sell-out, reach expected levels of stock turn in conjunction with supply chainOwn end to end product lifecycle of defined categorySupport quotes, tenders and special projectsIdentify opportunities for cross-sell, OEM conversion and value creationAddress overall product queries from sales network and customersContinuous Improvement:Continuously review the industry/market trends and developments to ensure that the category strategy is current and driving business growth Keep up to date with category knowledge, products, and applicationWe offerWe've built an environment based on trust, openness, and kindness, where different perspectives can thrive.
