To be successful, you'll have: 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, working with Engineers and Product Designers to deliver customer software solutions within an ecommerce storefront environment.
A comfort with and knowledge of data and analytics to help you tell a story.
Experience using Mixpanel, Databricks, SQL or similar.
What you'll be doing (in a nutshell): As Product Manager at Perkbox Vivup, you'll take accountability and ownership of the end-to-end user journey of the storefront for our benefits products.

You'll be monitoring, managing and improving conversion rate and funnel optimisation whilst working closely with Engineers, Designers, Marketing & GTM stakeholders to grow the business.
The role also involves liaising with stakeholders and support teams to ensure business continuity, customer acquisition and overall process optimisation.
User feedback is key, so you'll conduct interactions with customers to understand and map opportunities.
You'll utilise your keen understanding of how product outcomes influence business objectives and use this as the guide to drive your actions.

Day to day you can expect to: Have regular interaction with our customers, researching and understanding their pain points to discover opportunities for improvement.
Break down feedback to formulate requirements for implementing new product features.
Work cross functionally with Product Designers and Engineers to help realise iterations and updates on our platform.
Prioritise and manage backlog plus contribute to all the agile ceremonies.
Coordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering and Product Design teams as well as Marketing, CS and other go-to-market stakeholders.
Analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback from releases to and feed into iterations to improve product outcomes.

The interview process Initial phone screen with the Talent Team (30-40 mins)
Competency Interview with one of our Senior Product Managers and Product Director (1 hour) Portfolio review and whiteboard challenge - help us get to know you better by solving a live task/problem with our team (1 hour 30 mins).
Final stage interview with our Chief Product Officer (30 mins) Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks, but we will always work around your availability.
